RANDY LAMB
Managing Partner
Randy Lamb is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of LPG Development, a private real estate investment and development company based in Menlo Park, California. Randy has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate land entitlement and development. He has held a principal role at Lamb Partners since its founding in 1998. During his development tenure, he spearheaded the entitlement of over 9 million square feet of industrial land, the combined entitlement and development of more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial office and industrial space, and more than $ 200 million worth of single and multi-family residential development. Prior to his real estate development principal roles, Randy was a commercial leasing and sales broker with Cornish & Carey Commercial, where he transacted with some of Silicon Valley’s largest and most reputable tech tenants, and set then-records for project sales. While at C & C, Randy completed over 3 million square feet of office leasing and sales over a 7-year period. Before his real estate career, Randy worked for Xerox for 7 years, and his last role was in the highest level of Major Account Management, handling Apple Computer worldwide. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCSB from 1983 and is a licensed real estate broker. Randy currently serves on the Town of Atherton Planning Commission, Sacred Heart Schools Building and Grounds Committee and the Santa Clara University Campaign Cabinet. He is also an active member of various non-profit organizations.
